The focus of PELLETIER + SCHAAR is vision based architecture. We understand that vision is not just the domain of the architect, but also embodies the hopes and dreams of the client. It is our desire to honor the client’s vision through collaboration in the design and building process.

Centrally located in Stanwood, our projects extend throughout the region. The firm’s combined architectural experience spans twenty-five years and encompasses a variety of projects including commercial, residential, office, institutional and master planning. Collaboration and communication are key to our philosophy. Our approach to any project is to form a team that embraces the vision of the client, including the contractor, engineers and landscape architects. We believe being on-budget, on-time and good design are achievable with a carefully assembled team.

Community minded, we have recently volunteered services toward the design of a new Stanwood Food Bank and additionally are involved in the local Chamber of Commerce and are members of the Stanwood Tourism Committee. Beyond community involvement, we are active in the Northwest Chapter of the AIA, where Mr. Pelletier has served as president for 2002.
