CDM specializes in providing Design Charettes and preliminary concepts for Master Plan, Architecture & Facility Development projects. Full services are provided in association with other firms.

The Charette process provides quick schematic plans for scope, costs & optional concepts for Capital Planning or during purchase options for Land Use Approvals, Financing & Marketing.

David Christensen AIA of CDM, has been involved in the design and planning of small and large scale residential, resort and commercial projects for over 30 years. Prior design experience includes work with the world's largest resort hotel firm, WATG and with Callison, the nations largest retail design firm. Development management skills were refined as a Vice President for Trillium Corporation. He has received over 32 national and regional design awards and has had projects published in numerous national journals.
